Emancipating Potential, Empowering Action

“The hardest decisions aren’t between right and wrong. They’re between competing goods. That’s where meaningful ethical thinking becomes indispensable.”

“Ethics without implementation is philosophy. Implementation without ethics is opportunism. Excellence requires both.”

“Organizations don’t fail because they lack values; they fail because they haven’t translated values into decisions people can actually make.”

FOUNDER · EXECUTIVE · INSTITUTION BUILDER

Institutions should develop the people inside them and strengthen the communities around them. For more than twenty-five years, I have built them to do both.

ADVISORY PRACTICE

From public policy to tech governance, I advise leaders through decision frameworks that are practically and morally complex. My background is in finance, policy (Harvard), and ethics and homiletics (PhD). Most importantly, I bring more than two decades of advising government and organizational leadership in matters where the path forward isn’t always apparent, and the implications for an institution’s humanity are greatest.
